Every Saisei plan includes a small percentage of your subscription revenue — 5% at Shodan, 3% at Nidan, 2% at Sandan. The bigger you grow, the smaller our cut. This isn't a "fee." It's alignment.

Most creator platforms (Patreon, Substack, Apple) take 8-30%. Ours is a fraction of that, and it decreases as you scale. Worked example for a Nidan creator earning £3,000/mo from 250 subscribers:

Why is there a Launch Package fee?+
The Launch Package covers real work — App Store and Google Play submissions, splash screen design, your launch strategy call, and priority support during your first week. It's not a tax. It's a service. Most creators tell us they expected this to cost much more.
Why is there a revenue share?+
Because we make money when you make money. The bigger you grow, the smaller our cut — 5% at Shodan, 3% at Nidan, 2% at Sandan. This is how Patreon, Substack, Shopify, and most creator platforms work. Our rates are lower than all of them.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes for monthly plans. Annual plans have a 7-day refund window, after which they're locked for the year. No contracts, no penalties. If you cancel, your existing subscribers continue to access content for the rest of their billing cycle.
What happens to my subscribers if I leave?+
They're yours. The data is yours. We'll help you export. We won't poach them. We won't keep them. You built that audience — they belong to you, period.
Do you take a cut of my Apple/Google App Store fees?+
No. Apple and Google charge their own fees (15-30% on subscriptions) and that comes out before anything reaches your account. Our rev share is on top of that — we take 5/3/2% of what you actually receive.
Why is pricing different in different countries?+
We price for local market fit. An Indian creator earning in rupees shouldn't pay the same as a UK creator earning in pounds. So we adjust pricing proportionally — same product, same features, different price points to match local purchasing power. This is the same approach Spotify, Netflix, and most global SaaS use.
What if I exceed my tier's subscriber limit?+
Congrats — that's a good problem. Existing subscribers continue working normally. New signups get blocked at the user app level until you upgrade. Upgrading takes 30 seconds and is pro-rated.
Will my pricing increase later?+
Public pricing may rise as we add features. But Founding 100 members are locked at today's rates forever. After we hit 100 paying creators, public rates will likely be higher.
