Does the program builder support periodization (block, conjugate, linear)?+
Yes. You build week-by-week programs with whatever structure you choose. Set percentages of 1RM, RPE targets, set/rep schemes, rest intervals. The app delivers the right loads to each athlete based on their tested numbers.
Can I have multiple programs running for different athletes?+
Yes. Each athlete sees their assigned program. Assign individual programs (1-on-1 model) or cohort programs (team model) — same app handles both.
What about wearable integration (Whoop, Garmin, Oura)?+
Wearable data import is a Sandan-tier feature — athletes connect their accounts and you see HRV, sleep, and recovery alongside their training data. Useful for managing fatigue across a 12-week mesocycle.
Do you have an exercise library, or do I have to film everything?+
We provide a standard exercise library with neutral demonstrations (Saisei team filmed in a generic gym, no branding). You can use ours, override with your own, or mix. Most coaches use ours for common lifts and film their own for sport-specific work.
What kind of analytics do I get on athlete progress?+
Volume, intensity, frequency, PRs over time, adherence rate, and check-in trends. You see which athletes are improving, which are stagnant, and which are at risk of injury or burnout before it becomes a problem.
